If you purchased an item by accident, you have 24 hours after the sale to contact Regina Morris for any refund or exchange. There is no guarantee that a refund or exchange will be granted due to the products being electronic in format and print books having been signed by the author.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders with personalized inscriptions). We also do not accept returns for electronic books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
EBooks are not returnable since the medium can be copied.
Paperback books are signed by the author and can not be returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Same as above. The products you buy can not be returned.
Refunds
There are no refunds or exchanges. If you purchased the item incorrectly, you can contact Regina Morris within 24 hours of purchase to see if the transaction can be voided.
